It depends heavily on each store and location and who is the manager in the department as to which is are best departments

you can get a fair feel just by going to the ones near you and walking around, that's all there is, there is no back of the store. What you see people doing is what you will be doing if you get a job there. it's that simple

garden at my store is a b***h because my city is full of normies who buy much and you load much all day. Some people like being outside though. Selling washing machines is the best job at my store

            >It's the ideal position. Nobody bothers you and every time you interact with customers they are nice because you are helping them load.
I am a pretty hard worker, just because if someone comes up to me and asks for help; I will help them. Finding stuff or finding a price or whatever they want. It's just in my nature to not mind doing that. So I am considered one of the better workers there just because i always show up on time and I am a young and strongish man (compared to fat girls and old men) and will also help load and get heavy things.

Anyway point being i have done some work in almost every department.

There are a handful of very nice black girls who work customer service who resolve problems for me.

I have gotten trapped back there in customer service desk before, I do not know how you can work there as a fixed position and not have a nice day. It is the worst thing every every karen b***h on earth comes and finds you and talks to you like you are nothing and you cant tell them to frick off

      >Their job is their entire personality
This is the case for almost every human being in history, everyone is known for what they do, and what they do is intrexibly tied to there identity. What is a king without his throne, a tradesman without his trade, a solider without his orders. Whole nations and peoples can be characterized by the commodities they specialize in, it becomes something imbedded in the culture, history and then conscious of the people.

But I guess jerking off to porn all day and watching internet slop is true personality and individuation. A truly higher state of consciousness untethered by the peasant masses

            Anonymous

It is if your working a job for a living. But like i said before most people throughout history and less so today buy still the case work a job because it is there meaning.

What better wage could makeup for the passion and drive a career can give you. In the case of that baker, his job is also tied to the community around him who know him for his goods, children pay there allowances to buy his pastries and hes come to form relationships with the parents. His attitude towards others aswell as them to him revolves around his job, and the commodities created embody his creative soul.

You just didn't gain that passion for a profession

            >You just didn't gain that passion for a profession
neither did 99 out of 100 bakers, now or at any other point in time. stop deluding yourself with this gigacope about people's jobs lining up with "passion". pretty much step one in becoming a wagey (without losing your sanity) is accepting that your "passion" doesn't matter and everyone's just out to make a buck. and "passion" is a weapon against employees. if a boss expects to hear how passionate you are about filling numbers into an excel sheet, that's boss language for "don't even start negotiating your payment".

That being said, modern working class people have a real severe need to try and find validation online about their lives. One of the worst things about the internet, aside from cesspools like this place giving morons a place to convene, is how easy it is for completely unremarkable and uninteresting people to receive unwarranted validation and support from strangers.
