Lookup skywave radio signals. They cannot be triangulated 😉

Those signals use frequencies not used by aviation industry, as I understand above 30mhz they aren't reflected back ti earth but instead penetrate the atmosphere.

this person is definitely a glowie trying to frick with people

        Triangulate my ass

its really not that hard to do especially in any medium sized city that has multiple municipal airports, being mobile only delays the hounds

this thread is odd, is it all government psyop? what do you think pilots are gonna do when some random voice tells them to ignore the tower controllers they've already talked to? OP is either willfully ignorant or they're the person that single handedly funds nigerian prince scams

idk maybe with osama bin laden tier organization you could probably do it, but its easier to steal a plane, ask skyking

I use ai voice changer + ai LLM for the dialog.

you could be James Bond and you wouldn't be able to invent a sentence that fools any sober US pilot

maybe you could do it in china or like malaysia

houthis in yemen tried just that a few times last week, needles to say it didn't work because pilots aren't morons and they just used CPDLC instead of voice comms just to make sure who's the real ATC. easy.

Ignoring the fact that pilots can see each other on their displays, it'd be pretty hard to make two airplanes collide outside of takeoff and landing conditions when you're not piloting either one of them

      >Ignoring the fact that pilots can see each other on their displays
Yet they need atc. did you know atc has caused a number of accidents? now imagine if some atc imposter were to try do that intentionally

        Anonymous

yes, because atc helps them avoid the wake of other aircraft and coordinates takeoff and landing
airplanes won't be slamming into each other in the open skies without atc but a 10000 pounder flying through the 60 second old wake an a380 is going to get tossed around like a tissue paper

ATC is DEI central now, so crashes are going to happen and they will 100% blame hackers for it.

Any "hacker" that tried this would get sniffed out immediately and bullied by the pilots. And then dragged out of Mommy's basement by the feds.

They will triangulate where you are take phone records basically man hunt you. You either going to get shot by police, go to prison for the rest of your life, or get the firing squad after sitting in prison for 20 years after waiting for appeals to fail. I don't recommend it OP. There is a reason no one fricks with this shit.

Planes have TCAS (Traffic collision avoidance system) that will alert the pilots of both aircraft if they are on a collision course and give instructions automatically to both aircraft to take corrective action

      Anonymous

Historically, several collisions have occurred despite TCAS being used. Also, isnt it normally disabled below 1000 feet?

            >gol transport 1907
TCAS switched off doesn't really qualify as "despite TCAS being used" does it
            >Uberlingen
don't be dishonest, you know very well that TCAS procedures for pilots changed after/because of this accident so that it won't happen again

            Anonymous

Both planes had TCAS installed and they still crashed. Also, collision over senegal in 2015

Your argument is reductive and likely in bad faith. TCAS is a single component in a broader human system designed to prevent aircraft collisions. It helps but it can't, and hasnt been demonstrated to guarantee that airplanes won't crash into each other.

uberlingen happened because of protocol disparities. more or less like this:
            >ATC instructs russian aircraft to descend
            >TCAS instructs russian aircraft to climb
            >TCAS instructs bahraini aircraft to descend
            >bahraini pilots obey TCAS as per their training
            >russian pilots disregard TCAS and obey ATC as per their training
