      >after three years
But during those three years it's pretty good, right?

why would you embrace hedonism? are you in the market for destroying your soul and corrupting your worldviews, only to wake up eventually knowing you have done wrong and cannot reconcile with the lost years of your life? Then, sure, you may want to go down the hedonist route, but why would you want to do it in the first place, knowing where it leads?

I already feel as you described and never followed hedonism

It is easier to reconcile with yourself and your potentially wasted time on Earth when you have the clarity of mind and soul unlike a devout hedonist who is so beyond corruption that salvation for them seems intangible at best.

i think its far worse to look back at your life having done nothing with it, no sex, no joy, no adventures

Adventures, sex, and joy can all be had without being a hedonist anon. Pick up the good book and go to the gym, I know it's a cliche argument, but the sooner you start working on yourself the sooner you will get to experience those things that you may have missed out on earlier in life. Though missed out is not a proper term here, it all depends on where your values lie.

I have read in Will Durant's "The life in Greece" that he was not so gedonistic, rather moderate.

I cannot imagine anything more horrible or depressing than to desire to willfully believe things out of convenience.

Doing this is worse than suicide. You don't just die, you sell your soul for a 60 year Disney ticket, have a lousy time, and THEN you die.

Authentic existence, as shitty as it is, is by far the least shitty way to live. Pick yourself by your nutsack and go eat a can of beans with a tall boy of malt liquor and read Shelley, you are stuck in reality, may as well see what is there.
