Microwaves aren't ionizing but if you put your head in a microwave you'll still die.

Yes, but that is because microwaves are delivering 1000W of energy in a focused area.

            >uv isnt ionising still gives you skin cancer
UV-C is, though we don't really worry about that unless there is a local source of it because the atmosphere blocks is nearly completely.
But the mechanism for UV related damage to DNA is strictly due to the wavelength of UV, it doesn't apply broadly across to other wavelengths.

            Anonymous

UV is at the boundary. UVA and UVB are "non-ionizing" but UVC is ionizing.
It's important to understand that ionization is itself not a well defined threshold. It's frequently cited as 10eV to 33eV, but it depends on the molecule or atom you're hitting with a photon.
This is the energy needed to kick an electron off the molecule/atom.
Slightly below ionizing still excites the electron and can lead to a chemical reaction that damages DNA.
By the time you're in the visible spectrum, most of these risks are gone.
Obviously visible is still enough to react chlorophyll - but the number of chemicals that react and damage DNA are far lower, and it becomes even lower into the infrared, microwave, radio spectrum.

Microwaves aren't ionizing but if you put your head in a microwave you'll still die.

That's because you're literally cooking at that point. It's purely thermal.
A microwave weapon, for example, could cause life-threatening internal burns.
But no, your router or cellphone is not producing enough energy to cook you breakfast.
A modern cellphone would run out of battery in less than 10 minutes, using only RF (screen off, no processor usage), to even come close to a microwave oven.
More likely you'd brick the components before you could even do that.
The actual risk is the Lithium Ion battery exploding, not the RF.

After looking at a crowd of people at a concert singing together I can understand this point. The social harmony reminds me of a church of worshippers singing amongst each other. A concert is really just a modern church it seems. I don't really think the subject In either scenario(music/god) is even a bit interesting but the way these events tie people together is very powerful.

"More than 250 scientists, who have published over 2,000 papers and letters in professional journals on the biologic and health effects of non-ionizing electromagnetic fields produced by wireless devices, including cellphones, have signed the International EMF Scientist Appeal, which calls for health warnings and stronger exposure limits. So, there are many scientists who agree that this radiation is harmful to our health."

Your mind is affected by radiation that small. Your decisions are altered to be less coherent via the random noise (no I'm not saying mind control is realistically possible). It definitely affects you, just not in extremely harsh ways like the microwave schizos think. Non-ionizing is such a cope because it basically by definition does not affect the chemical makeup of the body - but the mind and nervous system is not purely chemical and that's what the government spooks don't want you to think about, why all discussion of the actual effects of EM perturbation is derailed into schizo autism. They thrive off people being incapable of thinking their way out of a wet paper bag, otherwise more of them would be strung up for treason right now.
