      This.

Became a sellout when he started pandering to pseuds on israeliteTube about his autistic pet theory, and how the 'Corrupt' and 'Delusional' stringgays bogart all the attention, yet the only thing he has are some half-assed hand-wavey papers and a mutually jerking off fanbase.

      Still a cool guy tho.

I am so fricking pissed off and disappointed that he couldn't pull his own Terrence Howard on JRE.
Terrence Howard did what Eric Weinstein couldn't do.
Who would have fricking thunk it?

They do want a lot of credit and citations to be remembered. They are tremendously insecure. Unfortunate Gen X'ers.

Obviously intelligent, but highly overestimates his competence.

Capable of interesting ideas at times (I quite like the idea of an "Embedded Growth Obligation" as an example) but tends to spend so much time weaving social narratives that he loses the plot on the actual substance.

      >...but tends to spend so much time weaving social narratives that he loses the plot on the actual substance.
No. Wrong. His problem is that he conceals information. He works for Peter Thiel (or something), so he must have insider information that he cannot divulge. This makes him a terrible person to listen to because he is hedging his bets...against you.

I'm so diappointed in this guy, it's unblelievable.
Sam Harris really made the baid-aid pulling so much less painful. Thanks, Trump Derrangement Syndrome.

You seem like a schizo who believes you can read the minds and intentions of others even without having any serious experience with them.

What kind of reasoning is this?
        > He works for Peter Thiel (or something) so he must have insider information that he cannot divulge.

You can dislike and distrust everything the guy has ever said, but it still wouldn't justify the strange chain of causality you've linked in your head without yourself having some "insider information" about his motivations.

          >You seem like a schizo who believes you can read the minds and intentions of others even without having any serious experience with them.
Check out this NPC. I wonder what predictable text he will output next.
          >What kind of reasoning is this?
It's the reasoning of knowing what intellectual property is. It's the reasoning of knowing what "industry secrets" means. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trade_secret
          >You can dislike and distrust everything the guy has ever said, but it still wouldn't justify the strange chain of causality you've linked in your head without yourself having some "insider information" about his motivations.
You might as well use ChatGPT for your outputs. Just put my text into ChatGPT and ask it to respond.
          Copy and paste.
Easy. You don't even need to think deeply about anything.

I don't think you've done much of any "deep thinking" based on the way you respond. You seem to basically just react to whatever your current emotional impulses are.

Understanding that people have some responsibility towards protection of IP of themselves and their employer is not the same thing as understanding them to be conspiring against you. Those are very different.

            >You seem to basically just react to whatever your current emotional impulses are.
Just because you are a psychopath doesn't mean that you are intelligent.
Stay mad at Terrence Howard. Shit ain't about me. Lol. Fricking idiot.

I have no idea. I wouldn't be surprised if he hung around with Epstein types or did research in groups with Epstein funding. He seems like the kind of guy that would be in that orbit.

If you are saying there is proof that he was pals with Epstein I'd believe you.

I can't be a real person because I don't take your random screenshot at face value on a topic I don't know anything about? I have no fricking clue if the dude hung out with Epstein or took funding from him. It could be true or it could not be. It wouldn't surprise me if it's true, but it also wouldn't surprise me if it wasn't given the number of people online who fake things like this for attention/internet clout.

That's the thing with something being called "misinformation." If you're going to say it's misinformation you should know that it's not true. I don't know either way and don't think a random screenshot is who to make a decision either way.

I'm not wasting any time reading into whether Eric Weinstein was pals with Epstein. There's literally nothing but schizo-babble to uncover by looking into this topic via chains of Twitter screenshots and shit-posting. If he was friends with Epstein, he's certainly not alone in that for influential "science personalities." If he wasn't then it's even less important because it just reveals the obvious fact that there are people willing to fabricate these things for internet clout/drama farming. Who gives a shit either way?

Apparently, you care and do not care.

Well, reading this thread, I`ll lean out by saying this, but I kind of like what he is talking about.

To be fair, when was a theoretical physicist NOT insufferable?

Wait no I think it was Kaku versus Penrose and Sabine. Either way, point stands

Penrose, every time of the day... Sabine is interesting, but the only video I could 100% agree with was her venting about the science community.

Obviously intelligent, but highly overestimates his competence.

Capable of interesting ideas at times (I quite like the idea of an "Embedded Growth Obligation" as an example) but tends to spend so much time weaving social narratives that he loses the plot on the actual substance.

      This is a fair assessment

He btfo Neil deGrasse in a way I’ve never seen someone do before.

And he’s 100% right; safe science is stifling science.

Him ripping into NDGT was really good. Compliment him, then say what his problem is... People should learn that way to speak.

Your typical israeli supremacist concerned with keeping the tribe in power. His unification theory needs waaaaaaaaaaaay more work than he markets it as (but typical considering his early life). To me, it seems like he is going for a modern day Kaluza-Klein theory except there are so many points in his paper where he's "forgotten the proof", etc. The biggest flaw though is that the theory (if you can call it that at this point) is not quantum and its questionable whether the quantum version would even be renormalizable, etc. Also alot of his beefs he has with the system seem to originate from his selfish desire that he's not given enough money/cheap labor/atta boys from the institutions.
