Your hobby project is free and still no one wants to use it. It also helps if your software store has programs that people want to use. Susan types in "Microsoft Word" and it doesn't appear. Oops.

What are your babbling about? Linux is the most used operating system in the world. Every single company in the forbes top 100 is using it unlike macshit.

I have nothing but the utmost admiration for the confidence troonnuxes have saying these kind of shit. If you used it to ask girls out instead of arguing online you wouldn't be a virgin now.

Servers, sure. It's great. Average users are negligible. And every company throwing billions into Linux and open source doesn't direct to much of any of this. Lowest priority.

If you click on shits there instead of being passive aggressive on the internet you'd know nothing can be installed that way.

the things I wish Linux had, it doesn't. They still to this day have no way to directly rent or buy movies or tv shows, no direct way to buy music, spotify doesn't really count as its just a skinned web browser, no way to rent or buy audio books, and when Ubuntu did try to work with a service like Amazon, y'all lost your fricking minds and wouldn't leave it alone. Your users stood directly in the way of turning it into a platform people COULD make money on, including you. It is the single most embarrassing thing to ever witness. If you tell me you use Linux, we can't be friends.

Why the hell would it be the job of a fricking operating system to sell stuff? Use a web browser like a normal person. Whats next? Complaining that you can't do your grocery with linux?

imagine being this much of a poorgay... and you wonder why nobody wants Linux. the fact that you took the worlds largest market place that wanted to invest into desktop Linux to make it an actual force, you said
            >hurr durr no thanks I am good with being a pirate
Linux is trash because the users don't let it progress to become something good.

    It didn't
It made a better one though because it had a dictator focused on the desktop experience and the shiny box the computer came in, while Linux had a kernel dictator.

By running a parallel braindead environment. /Applications and /System have next to nothing to do with UNIX and far easier to manage. On top of programs coming in mostly single wrapped .app files. Android and ChromeOS follow the same model (I think ChromeOS was even made by an ex-Apple guy), and why they have no problem with normies either.

By not being tied to a walled garden by an anti-consumer predatory company than makes faulty irreparable products that are unconditionally embraced by a zombie cult of soijaks. Easy win.
