How does Paki tier inbreeding affect a society?

Y'know how Pakis are super inbred? I wonder how that affects a civilization. Is it a lot like lead, causing increased aggression, and mental/physical deformities, leading to more crime?

It's also a huge thing in Japan in the older generations, to the point where cousin marriages are protected by law. And since it doesn't appear in the Muslim countries of Central Asia, it has to be something to do with the porous nature of class in the industrialized world. If it's prevalent in the islamic world for now, that most likely will change as it becomes more industrialized, as middle class values come to the forefront.

I was reading Saburo Sakai’s book about his experience during the war and the fact that he relatively casually married his cousin was something I was taken aback by

If you look at it by province there doesn't seem to be much of a connection to Hindpooism here. Tirupathore and Cuddalore are both 85%< Hindu, but they're at the opposite ends of the cousin-fricking spectrum.

The southern and coastal west of India have never had a longstanding tradition of arranged marriages or oppression over women.

You're making a lot of assumptions here.
The map in the OP doesn't include any data for Central Asia, this map shows a better picture.
A middle class won't form in the Islamic world, and if it does it won't be occupied with Muslims, it will be the foreign workers they invite over.
80% of saudi men don't have a functional job and only show up to work 1 hour a day, the number goes to like 95% in the gulf states.
The Central Asian countries with similar levels of incest are definitely putting in a lot more work than people who live off oil subsidies.
Marrying within clan was common in pre-americanized Japan and is the reason the Zaibatsus became so large and powerful.

genetically cousin marriage doesn't do much at all, deformities and larger mental/physical damage aren't going to frick to pass anything down.
Culturally however, marrying exclusively within the clan or family leads to people being highly tight with their group, and highly hostile to any out-groups.
This works hand in hand with Islam as a religion that views non-muslims as non-human.

Repeated cousin marriage DOES frick your shit up. The recessive genes stack up.

this is true on a very small scale, but all it takes is marrying a cousin from the other side of the family or a 3rd or 4th cousin to negate the harm.
Even in Pakistan, cousin marriage only happens 50% of the time, have kids with a 3rd cousin and any major genetic problems are immediately rectified in the next generation.

In the UK they are well known to have the highest rate of birth defects and a massive overrepresentation of genetic issues and disabilities.

This is 100% due to cousin marriages. I think the reason it wasn’t tackled is the problem is not initial in presentation, it compounds. As I understand it the practice started because the families/clans did not want their wealth to leave their family

1 cousin marriage kids is fine

    2nd is fine

3rd generation starting to raise issues

    From there it doubles.

If you look up who exactly is doing this inbreeding, it is not the minority richer class of Arabs/pakistanis. It is the majority poorer class. Precisely because of the reason I said, their culture encouraged them to save wealth generationally via cousin marriage to keep it in one family rather than risk “losing” it.

The fact their culture is extremely paternalistic and patriarchal also means women don’t get to choose their husbands the family patriarch does. So what in a European setting would be the occasional cousin marriage if they got along turns into endless generations of cousin marriage.

I assume a somewhat similar situation had to have happened with israelites at some point given how high their birth defects are, Tay sachs etc. they’re just smart enough to know it’s bad and avoid it now, get genetically tested etc

Also understand that paki immigration to the UK is relatively recent and limited.
In Pakistan, you have multiple families of hundreds of people to select from under the same clan, in the UK there is a lot smaller of a selection.
The rich can avoid this by shipping in a distant family member from the homeland, the poor do not have this luxury.

Intelligence is only a scale of success in the West.
It doesn't take a genius to sit on your ass an collect oil revenues, yet that still counts as success to a saudi.

Inbreeding affects them severely. We know that their genetic ancestors were MUCH more intelligent than them. See: Ancient Persia, Elam, Taksila, etc.

India is also considerably stupider than its apex. Almost entirely due to inbreeding (all castes practice it in severe forms)

        lmao
not exclusively first cousins over and over though.
generally marriages have been between people who could be 3rd or 4th cousins. Closer marriages were exceptions and one generation of children from first cousins isn't generally harmed.
India and the Middle East have been practicing* first-cousin marriage massively (50% of marriages) for centuries.
