    >google forms
open the link in a new incognito window, with no other incognito windows open, to not be signed-in to your google account. if it forces you to sign-in with a google account, they have it set to collect your email into their response spreadsheet, and if it makes you sign in, adding that field to the output is automatic.

The sent the link to access the survey to my work e-mail

determine if the link is unique to you.
was the email CC'd to a bunch of people or just to you? might have been BCC'd to multiple people. if you have any friends who got it too, might be worth comparing links to see if they're the same.
otherwise, is it just a link to docs.google.com/forms/_/_/________/viewform ?
or does the link go to a special "google for my enterprise" docs.enterprise.com/forms/_/_/________/viewform link?
if it's the prior, and it's just docs.google.com, then to the *best of my knowledge*, the only means of identifying the recipient of a link is to make it demand your login and/or email, and they're just given one link for the form.
so if that's the case, then the incognito check is worth it to see if it's trying to collect your email or not. if not, then just act "anonymously".

It’s not a unique link, and doesn’t demandba log in when using incognito mode. So, am I save to trash talk my butthole managers?

They’ll probably be able to identify me anyway as I am the only ESL in the company. God I hate being a wageslave

if it's docs.google.com and it isn't a unique link and it doesn't make you log-in, and as long as you don't identify yourself with your words or accusations... probably safe, yeah. that'll be up to you though. just don't be dumb.

Yeah I’ll definitely identify through my broken english. Such is life as an ESL. I’m also on an employer visa so I guess I’ll just keep on taking the abuse.

could write your messages and ask/pay someone (fiverr? lol) with good or native english skills to rewrite it in correct english (not only obscuring your ESL level but also changing the voice) and submit those
or just put up with it, find retribution in another way, find a way to get out from under the thumb of another.
            good luck bro. shit sucks.

I think I could propably get my gf to write it in proper english, yeah. But to be honest man, frick it. It’s not even worth the effort, they know they are buttholes, we know they are buttholes, we put up with it because they pay us a lot of money, and they will get me permanent residency eventually. Just 18 more months and I’m not enslaved to them anymore and I’ll walk away with a paid off apartment and a visa. Thanks for all the info anon, appreciate it. Have a good day man.

also determine if this is actually liable to do ANY good. who is asking this? for what reason? to weed out troublemakers, or to actually find things to solve? make your best judgement.
also you should make conscious effort to be careful what kind of information you disclose that could uniquely or even nearly identify you... eg, certain meetings/events/people/etc that could easily be tied to only you or a small group of people including you.
consciously alter your manner of typing. type in all-smalls and with loose/casual grammar if you normally type formally, and vice-versa. use short sentences and simple words to make simple concepts, below your average writing level. look at "simple english wikipedia" for a vibe on how to write like this. this eliminates the ability for someone who knows you to mentally corroborate your lexicon in the message with that of their memories of you. if you're aiming to criticize someone above you by 1 or 2 levels, find reasons to mention others at the same level of the hierarchy in the same accusations to help diffuse suspicion.
whether they tell you it's intended to be anonymous or not, whether it is or not, they'll at least subconsciously wish to associate bad reports with individuals to weed out "troublemakers".

Yeah, anonymous is total horse shit.

I remember one of my jobs though, I saw the tracking number on the link, removed it and left a bunch of nasty reviews. The CEO seemed personally offended by the responses and game some speech about some of the toxic elements in the company, needing to weed those people out and winning behaviors.

Jews or psyop. If you put in place the proper safeguards, you won't get caught for any leak. Ask your israelite search how often they catch the chads doing ransomware.

one time i had a 1-1 with a director right after one of these surveys. the director straight up told me, "Who do you think gave this nasty feedback? I bet it's so-and-so."

so yeah, they do try to find out who you are in my experience. do what you will with that.

      >"Who do you think gave this nasty feedback? I bet it's so-and-so."
this is pretty much par the course for every middle management and above employee satisfaction survey.

every manager is under pressure to deliver on both line of business outcomes and employee health/wellbeing.

if someone is throwing shade it really doesn't matter how good you are at your job most of the time. i've fired (under protest) my best technician on more than one occasion. on each occasion I'm thinking of they were correct on all points.

i've seen/heard of a couple of guys throwing themselves on their own swords over situations like this - what they don't realise is that it's the same everywhere.

corpo everywhere, everywhere anons, is fricking soulless morale sapping human shell creating torture. just try not to be an butthole to other people, do the minimum, try not to have a nice day.

I think I could propably get my gf to write it in proper english, yeah. But to be honest man, frick it. absolutely nothing will change no matter how critical you are in your feedback. don't risk it. yes, they will do everything in their power to figure out who you are. it's not worth the risk unless you're ready to move on, at which point by all means go ahead.

If you feel the need to express any of this, don't do it in a survey. Do it in your resignation letter when you already have a job lined up and bcc the people above those who you are complaining about the management of. Just take notes and keep records of when you told people the issues in emails and include them in the resignation letter. And be polite and objective with your grievances and say this is why you resigned.

The test of whether a survey is anonymous is to not do it. If they get on your ass about not having done the survey, you know it's not anonymous.
In no situation should you ever dish any kind of grievances or dirt in a company survey. They are not your friend. The benefit to you from doing this are absolutely nil and the risks are always higher than the benefits. DO NOT DO IT.
