Just stop caring about what other people think at every moment in public. There are more important things to care about in social situations.

not possible, tired of people saying "just stop caring what people think". Unless you are a sociopath that is impossible

When you're alone and doing what YOU want to do, are you caring about what others think? It's the same, just do what you want to do when around others, and be more concerned with that than with other people. Maybe only try and impress people that you actually like or care about?

Easier said than done, but you have to reaffirm your beliefs and goals at least once a day when you wake up. There's nothing that will simply program you a certain way so you won't have to work at it for the rest of your life. Maybe once you make it a habit for 10 years, I dunno.

This will help you to not look at events as either good, or bad, but instead, events "just are."
I know it sounds a bit off, but you will learn to not care. --Whether or not that is a good thing, is left up to you.

Listen to this, OP. Get those testosterone levels up. Anyone who disputes this is a DYEL b***h whose opinions so not matter. When you’re high T you’ll want to fight every fit guy aged 20~40 and frick every fit woman aged 20~40. And your actions will reflect this. It’s awesome.

Cut out the sugar, alcohol, porn and video games. Eat quality food and get proper sleep. No book can fix your mindset when you’re physically and mentally soft.

Considering that testosterone levels fluctuate all the time this seems like it will accomplish little
Try actually injecting testosterone if your t-levels are low

My testosterone is only 190ng/dl, only slightly more than the upper end of the reference range for women. I'm seriously considering TRT.

To me, keeping track of your testosterone level and obsessing over it, is one of the gayest things you can do.

            Anonymous

Just sleep more, eat the right foods and exercise. That's an extremely low and unhealthy level of testosterone, which you already realize, but the point is that that's absolutely lifestyle causing that. TRT has a lot of harmful side effects.
At least try sleeping, eating and working out first. You might not get Hulk Hogan levels but you can definitely get back into normal range which is all you need.

Why would you say that? What makes you so certain its not a genetic/health issue?
I'm sure that guy is already sleeping and eating and most studies show that exercise does not increase testosterone levels long-term

This. It's actually really hard not to be assertive when you're capable and can involuntarily show you're capable by just walking into a room. Looks plus a little homework go a long way as people will literally assume the best which makes confidence inevitable. Moreover the funny thing about confidence is, once you have it, it's like the very concept doesn't exist anymore and you wonder if it ever did.

LaVey's so-called Satanic Church is just the world's kinkiest sex club. It has nothing to do with true Satanism, which is concerned with the process of elevating people to divine status, achieving their true potential, far more than the obedient children that our cucked Creator wants us to be. As for the true Satanic Bible...when you are ready, it will find you.

If you need to ask then you're ngmi. To stop being a people pleasing homosexual you need to grow some balls and stand up for yourself. Understand that everyone out there is trying to maximize his own welfare, and if they come across a doormat who is willing to hand over resources (money, time, information, connections, things etc) and skills for free, then the majority of people won't hesitate to take advantage of you.

Stop being a homosexual and think about benefiting yourself first before others, but at the same time don't try to take advantage of others either. That way others will even start respecting you, because people respect strength and honesty above everything else. They may not like what you're saying at that moment, but they will respect you because they know you're being honest and not trying to screw them over, nor letting others screw with you. You are someone who can't be fricked over, making you strong and reliable.

By attaching value to your actions. The Black person isn't a pushover because he is purely egotistical. The average man is a pushover because he is not egoistic, like the Aryan, however, he attaches no value to his kindness. The developped Aryan, wether grown out of selfish Black personness, or being a pushover, learns that he must be selfless, because he is Aryan, but that he must put a price to the actions of deed he commits to his congenerates, Black person, woman or Aryan, so as to not become a pushover. For example, when someone tells him: 'open the door for me', the Aryan asks: 'why should I do that', after wich, depending on the response of his opponent, he will either open the door, or say a belowing comment.

You are asking to change your personality which involves molding your brain's plasticity.
Take a hero dose of magic mushrooms in your room and keep some sedative (diazepam, lorazepam) or antipsychotic (haloperidol, quentiapine) nearby to kill the trip if the worst comes to it. You can buy this stuff in the dark web but make your own research about it though.
If you are scared about a hero dose then take the highest dose which you are comfortable with even if that means a microdose. Either way, psychedelics are likely the answer to your problem.
