Vimwiki is better. No, I'm not going to debate or provide sources.

I would say the hospital bed you lay in after being kicked in the junk by a horse is comfy…but it’s really not.

I haven't tried it myself, but i saw someone linked it in an emac thread a while back and thought it looked pretty nice

I am a bit of a vanilla emacs man, personally. I have told myself there isn't really any need for packages if I don't know the core functionality that well still

Vimwiki is better. No, I'm not going to debate or provide sources.

Never used vimwiki, but I don't use vim, so I'm not really interested. Also from my experience when people say Vim's X is better than Emacs' X they don't even know emacs and are completely out of their depth.

      Obsidian is better

I have used obsidian for about 6 months or so. I used to like it more than Org mode, but once you really get familiar with it org mode just takes the crown. It's easier to navigate, handles large documents better, and is not an electron app.

WTF is that, and what is it's usage?

It's a horse, they were used for a ton of stuff, including transportation, agriculture, warfare and so on. Check it out it's pretty neat https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Domestication_of_the_horse

I just use the NeoVim plugin.

I hate some of the quirks it can get. Can't seem to escape org src blocks drawers inside so they become surrogate drawers of the heading it's in, some syntax for src block variable passing makes it unusable for noweb, having to fix agenda by reverting variables to their original implementation (like how it will always display the wrong line previews after log entries), and a variety I can't be bothered to put in here.

I love emacs but there are just some bugs that irk me greatly.
