read the terms and conditions you agreed to and get back to me

      [...]
      You never read them.

If everyone spent the necessary time just to read every line of each and every Terms of Service for everything that they use civilization would literally collapse. Computers were supposed to reduce paperwork but instead they made it cheap and pre-existing societal forces increased the amount of paperwork and legalese instead.

Dude I don't care about agreeing to indemnify them in arbitration in certain commercial contexts and all that legalese shit

Just skip to the privacy and data use section and read a few paragraphs at most. Not everybody is as illiterate as you are

I'm not the one sucking corpo dick here, just because they made absolutely abhorent rules doesn't mean they should be legal, in fact shit like voice chat monitoring is illegal

You clearly are sucking corpo dick if you choose to use such services, and no amount of screeching about how this or that should be illegal will change the taste of google's cum as they shut down your email service
          Or is it ubisoft's cum?

Perhaps the ones sucking corpo dick are actually the people that continue to give money to companies when they disagree with how they conduct their business.

If they're wiretapping your shit, you're the one continuing to keep it in your house and paying money for it, not me.

            >every company starts doing this shit whether I use their services or not
            >somehow that's my fault

Can't get a more braindead response

They would be if they were in any other industry, but section 230 has been stretched to absolve big tech companies of any responsibility under contract law.

They told you inactive accounts were going to be deleted, it was even on the news, you had an entire year to get on once and avoid that. If you are too stupid/lazy to make it a habit buy a cheap prepaid phone, you won't even need a actual service, connect to your home wifi, and leave it permanently logged in.

Ask cloud providers like Apple how much they are legally responsible for deleting normal photos because their cp detecting bot decided to malfunction.
