I'm sorry but, matter just doesn't exist. Ok? Why are you materialists so adamant about it?

I'm sorry but, matter just doesn't exist. Ok?

Why are you materialists so adamant about it? Modern physics has disproved the concept entierly. Berkeley was right.

Immaterialism is the only way to correctly understand the nature of reality. Everything you perceive by the senses is illusory, your ideas about what you perceive are the ideas in God's mind.

There is no electron orbiting around the nucleus of an atom, only a probability wave of possible outcomes where the electron can exist in the shell.

It's form isn't directly perceivable to us, but our knowledge about it is dependent on God's direct involment in states of affairs when one if its outcomes instantiates. Then we have an idea about it.

Yeah anon your 100 year old atomic model taught to middle schoolers for the sake of simplification isn’t correct. The electron still very much exists and moves around the atom, it just doesn’t orbit like a planet. It’s exactly what you would expect from a dancing unit of electricity

I'm sorry materialist anon but you can never measure the position of the electron with absolute certainty, and any knowledge we do possess about it destroys other knowledge. Not to mention that "matter" as a concept in particle physics is not well defined since subatomic particles lack volume and are better described by their discrete states. But you can never have full knowledge about its information, and you cannot predict what information it will have with absolute certainty under measurement.

        >you can never measure the position of the electron with absolute certainty, and any knowledge we do possess about it destroys other knowledge.
You can, you just can’t predict where it’s going or where it will be next, you can only calculate probabilities of it being in a given spot around the atom.
        It basically dances around mathematically

So everything is math and matter doesn't exist but everything is actually just a simulation

Mathematics is a form of logic and not empirical. Operational claims are dependent on empirical claims are dependent on logical claims, each is dependent on the consistency of the previous and all dimensions must be satisfied in order to produce a non-false statement.

Because of causal density we can’t predict the magnitude of certain phenomena, but we can measure them after the fact. E.g. sticky prices wouldn’t have been found without empirical study.

Materialism is dead, you know that right? No credible scientist holds to a materialistic perspective anymore.

Just so you guys know, materialism is hundreds of years old. Yes it’s a lot stranger, more energetic and less solid balls orbiting around other balls, but electrons and protons are still very much real objects and aren’t imaginary.

Bizarre and fantastical cope. Everything used to access the internet and all of its attendant infrastructure are a product of naturalism and realism, “materialism” is a nonsense word used by mysticists or other supernaturalist lunatics.

    Matter is real

Evidence for what exists is first person experience. You must prove matter exists from this.

No reason to think that experience is incorrect. We can launder it of bias, error, fraud, wishful thinking and deceit using science.

Yes there is: drugs, mental disorders, optical illusions, intuition, AI. Analogy doesn't work for your case.

Again, error, bias, fraud, wishful thinking and deceit is laundered out by the scientific method. It’s not hard. The only reason to deny it is to justify supernaturalism. That’s what Abrahamists do and have always done.

The scientific method has demonstrated the limits of experiential knowledge. Experience cannot tell us much about reality beyond our senses.

It’s demonstrated that we can know what’s objectively false, and that no form of supernaturalism ever proposed has ever survived in the market for systematic elimination of error, bias, fraud, wishful thinking, and deceit.

Your specific case is not special. Magical thinking and attempts to escape empiricism are unfortunately endemic in human history - there’s a reason they all try to do it.
