    The biggest meme in IT/CS/Engineering, is that the already low amount of female students/graduates, like 10-20% tops, literally ALL transition into some kind of managerial/analyst role right after college. There are like no real female engineers lmao.

    women are often placed in "manager" roles because they demonstrate enthusiasm and loyalty to the company but also don't have any real technical acumen. as such, your choice is to fire them or place them in a position to lord over the people who do the real work.

    this model is common and wasteful and is responsible for the collapse of corporate america and elsewhere, too, in time. any man with a lick of skill and brains has opted out of this system and is making money independently without being a full-time employee, so as to avoid this horse shit.

          I don't have the graphs handy but an anon on here posted once showing wages haven't tracked with productivity for men since the 1970s, but have for women. So a non-trivial aspect of the transition to "service" economy is massive amounts of corporate welfare going to women and costing men their true income.

    In their defence, most of these Polish female managers are very competent and organised. Polish women are the ultimate employees - their professionalism is cultural (kind of like the Japanese, they use honorifics and are good at juggling good humour with responsibility) and they are very good at charming their male underlings into working harder.
