          I'm not you,moron

          why

because the garments are not made from any contemporary source, whether external or internal. in fact, representations of women do not show this.
the whole thing gets more complicated when one of these pieces was found close to spart

            Nice OP
But this happened only in the greece and maybe in Italy, the rest of all Europeans (celts, germanics, slavs etc) did not wear their women like that

            >greece and maybe in Italy, the rest of all Europeans

There was no "Europe" back then, and Greeks saw themselves as part of Mediterranean/civilization rather than associating with the barbaric tribes up north.

it's a contradictory subject: In writing there is a lot of evidence that at the least married women were expected to be veiled (if it meant a full covering or more like a symbolic thing like pic related is also open), but the contemporary art doesn't bear this out at all. Like you posted, most women are depicted with not even their hair covered even in "out-door scenes".
Even if the suggestion is, that only the upper class women were veiled, well: The upper class is also mostly depicted in art also unveiled, so that doesn't make sense.

Perhaps the use of a veil was a tradition of the past that slowly phased out but never completely

It’s very real, dont listen to those feds saying its fake. They are trying to cover up depictions of women with no rights in the west, trying to rewrite history.
