Show us a video or still, homosexual. I am so sick of giant egos on an anonymous imageboard where you just stroke yourself off to the idea of being part of a clique you aren't a member of.
You cannot fix phones. You are a fraud. You will never be a repairman. Your gravestone will not have a CPU die etched on it in bas relief. Your family and your friends are repulsed by your grand claims of skill, yet are still yet to receive their devices back - two years after you promised you'd 'repair' them. You are a fraud, a joke. YWNBARM.

It's trivial, I've literally done it with a hair drier twice because I didn't have a heat gun, it's as complex as following an IKEA manual.
That being said if you have a foldable phone you've probably shot yourself on the foot.

I fixed every phone that I broke, but since about 2018 or so, you cannot find genuine replacement parts. It's either fricking useless LCD parts that are more fragile than a piece of single ply toilet paper or "OLEDs" that run at 15fps and you have to move the "phone" to the new chassis that they give you with the "OLED".

Frick you, gay ass delusional boomer, not everthing is a Zoomer's fault, most everything is actually boomers and their Lapdogs xoomers fault.

this anon is correct, you're a moronic zoomer. There are plenty of resources online on how to do this, and I fixed my old phone's screen by myself too. It was an iphone 6 and it was incredibly easy.
Modern phones are a bit harder (apple at least) because they don't want you going to third party tech repairs, but it's still doable.
Also this is why it's usually more expensive too. Apple purposely uses parts that are hard to get, and using something else can cause problems. I don't know about other companies like samsung, but it's likely the same thing.
You can learn how to fix screens for any phone in like a week max.

Lol anon check some videos about repairing, the hardest part there is removing the lid. It cost me 2 euro to buy the board on aliexpress to replace the broken USB port

But why would i spend 150 dollars on a replacement screen and 50 dollars on tools when i can just buy a new phone for 200

        Anonymous

Usually a replacement screen is closer to $30 and $5 consumable tools like glue and seals. It doesen't guarantee a functioning product because israelites actively avoid making shit repairable

          >It doesen't guarantee a functioning product
Thats because you bought a 30 dollar phone screen

            Anonymous

The screen works just fine, the (dis)assembly is anyone's guess because even the same make and model and run of phones behave differently to heat and force. Glue has been used for almost a century to prevent repairs and reverse engineering.

It's a display, digitizer, and special space-age glass from the dark side of Zoozve. And they're laminated together into one piece else the image will look like shit. So replacing any of the three means having to replace all three.

maybe don't break the screen? if you can't stop breaking the screen find a solution. like a airbag case or a retractable cover that activates if it detects falling. Or have it connected to a leash.
