It's the cost of software and drivers updating on a daily basis.

that actually sounds as a lack of voltage thing. i used to had the same prob because my prebuilt has nested trees of usb entrances so i had to move the main consumers to the root, there is software that tells you this btw

That's what you get for being moronic.
I honestly don't think this has anything to do with AMD at this point.

THIS, had intel for many generations.. then i tried the AMD meme

my Ryzen 9 7950x is randomly restarting in idle and if it goes into this "crashing mode" it is crashing even 1second after start OVER AND OVER AGAIN, even in bios it is crashing.... the only way how to stop the crashing over and over is unplugging the power cord for at least 10-15minutes...

After many months of this random shit (sometimes it was working fine for weeks, sometimes it would crash in one day million times) i found out it is 100% stable if i set static frequency and dont let it change the frequency up and down like computers do today... with this i lost the boost but whatever, at least it is stable now!

i could rma the cpu, but then i would be without computer for at least 30days and that is a problem, so i just set static frequency and it works fine

Well, I'm not saying it's not AMD at all, but seriously MSI is the worst piece of shit when it comes to motherboards, laptops, and whatever the hell they're producing.

regardless, amds agesa updates, independent from motherboard bullshit, are directly responsible for a lot of issues

I'm on 9th gen i5 right now and I'm upgrading soon, Intel's consumer CPUs are burning up after a few months. AMD's have quality issues too.

All that's left is server grade. Frick's sake, I hate the world right now....

Gigabyte is. I had 3 Gigabyte boards just do whatever. Not shutting down properly (having to use the PSU switch), getting my fricking router to crash and burn, just dying randomly one day for no good fricking reason, never again. I had 2 MSI motherboards and so far they haven't been amazing, but I'm not having these random problems.
