The roman empire was a genocidal and slaveholding empire that deserved destruction more than anything else. And I am proud my ancestors had their part in its fall.

I love Roman history like any other chudlet here, but admittedly they were very genocidal and rapey.

So is feeling bad about it being gone.

Were you there? No? Shut the frick up then.

The one world gynocratic semitocracy we live in now is going to give way to a new Roman Empire one day. The pushback is inevitable. The history of Rome is kino. Can't wait.

In German the Roman state is called "Römisches Reich" in all periods as "Reich" has no implications on government form. It may be divided into Republik and Kaiserreich but these are not usually said in most contexts.

the other day I stumbled into the history channel and they were talking about Augustus. They were talking about his conquest of France Greece Egypt etc and then played a map painting gif of Italy changing the color of the rest of the empire into its own as if with a MS paint bucket tool

Also the HRE was not an Empire but a 'Reich'

Frogs and Anglos cant into linguistic nuances and that is why they never could properly evaluate historical facts as they lack the necessary philological tools simply by being born into the wrong place and being too mentally unfit to learn a real, superior second language like German.
Its pretty sad if you think about it

But back to OP; yeah , its a tragedy that Napoleon killed the Roman Empire in 1806, for all the good he had done otherwise

The HRE’s Latin (official name) name was Imperium Sacrum Romanorum
