A chem-free DIY nail polish for healthy and fast growing nails

Although there are commercial products available to harden nails, we have a very simple and economical way for you to create your own nail hardener -- without the toxins!

You will need vitamin E capsules sold in pharmacies, as well as common ingredients you will find in your kitchen. The advantage of this home hardener above commercial ones is that it contains a higher concentration of vitamins and minerals -- rather than aggressive chemicals.

Garlic has sulfurous substances that penetrate easily, strengthening the whole structure of the nail. In addition, vitamin E provides moisturization, stimulates growth and decreases weakening. We then add a little lemon to diminish spots and yellow color.

Ingredients

  • A transparent nail polish
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 20 drops of lemon juice.
  • 1 capsule of vitamin E

Preparation

The first step in the preparation of this hardener will be to soak the 3 cloves of garlic in hot water for about 15 minutes and crush them until you get a paste.

Then pour the pasta along with the contents of the vitamin E capsule in the enamel, add also about 20 drops of lemon and stir well for a few seconds, until everything is well mixed.

Apply a small amount of enamel on weak nails and let it dry thoroughly. Repeat every day. The treatment should last at least a month for best results.
