Now that Gentoo has binaries why would you ever run Arch over it.

arch is mainstream therefore has more support, in terms of third party repos or whatever else

Because their binaries are shit and outdated. It's still about compiling. It could've been a good and useful distro, but spergs ruin everything they touch.

even with binaries, Gentoo's package manager fails to do half of what is necessary to manage the system's packages

What does it fail at? It works fine for me.

It's slow anon, I want my package to be installed in 2 seconds. Gentoo ngmi.

            Anonymous

It's not slow. You have a shit computer. Yes, Python isn't the quickest language on the block to write a package manager in but it doesn't take that long to resolve dependencies if you have a good machine.

Did you really install neofetch into two separate distrobox containers just to take this screenshot?

No, I installed neofetch into a debian distrobox container I am using to run some text processing scripts, the other windows is from my fedora host system. That is why the Debian container shows the same kernel version.

Neofetch is a bash script, you can just spend 30 seconds editing it to print whatever you want. Dummy

Your filenames are idiotic. You call others idiot in a foreign language you do not speak. Tthen you ask for help to google a term.

Yeah my file names have been random for years. It's over. I do know some Japanese, enough to get around and buy things.

            >have been random
No, they haven't been. You just haven't bothered to either learn to download them with their original filename ot rename them when you do download them. Imagine the amount of time you would save . . .
