Prana (India) Chi (China) Pneuma (Greece)

Prana (India) Chi (China) Pneuma (Greece)

I can't help but notice the Abrahamic religions like Christianity don't have a word for this energy, why is that?

Pneuma is in the LXX and the New Testament. It's what God breathed into Adam after forming him from dust to bring him to life. Literally the breath of life, similar idea as the stoics.

    Commonly translated as "spirit".

Prana is related to breath too.

Speak for yourself. Every breath I take and exhale is imbued with the power of the holy spirit. In Jesus name, amen.

        Holy shit.

Genesis literally says "the spirit (pneuma in koine, ruach in Hebrew) of god was over the waters" kys

Koine and Hebrew don't work like English does.

Pneuma/ruach literally translates to WIND and also SPIRIT.

"The wind of god was over the ocean" "the spirit of god was over the waters of knowledge".
