Something is going on. All search engines are down (including popular searx instances), yet Yandex is working. I'm thinking they're gonna switch to a new algorithm, or perhaps they'll start tracking all searches. Maybe instead of an algorithm they'll use an AI/LLM to serve up content that supports the status quo.

Our freedoms are under attack. The internet is under attack. What are we going to do about it?

I won't be able to trust a search engine after this.

You have one of the following mental illnesses: moronation or schizophrenia. If not, then you're just a clueless 16 year old who has no actual knowledge about anything, is only parroting the latest buzzwords he sees and thinks that installing a Linux distribution following a concise guide in a virtual machine makes him a hacker.
    Stop wasting precious internet bandwidth.

    >we do about it
You won't do anything because you possess no relevant knowledge or skills. You are a consumer. Stop wasting precious internet bandwidth.

OP isn't crazy. I woke up this morning to look-up a phishing number on my phone on SP and DDG and said they "having issues". Though SP works fine now, but still I suspect the zion-funded pajeets are onto something.

They're mostly back up here in Yurop.
I thought it was some random npm package update that made some requests blocked by adblockers and fricked up the pages.

Stiil down in Goymany as of a minute ago.
Google works, also prepending !G to search term in DDG correctly forwards me to Goygle.
Glad to hear I ain't the only one.

It has to do with Microsoft. DDG uses the Bing API. I wonder if this has anything to do with the recently announced Recall.

Someone figured out how to make all LLMs shit their pants with an innocuous prompt. Probably anything AI-powered is having a very bad time right now.
