He was deeply disturbed and doped up on pills constantly. No treatment of any kind would solve his issues. I'm not big on psychiatry or shit like that but it did net him a longer time on earth, he probably would have bit the bullet much sooner if it weren't for that.

Because that stuff isn't meant to be a cure. It was never advertised as a cure. It's just tool that you're supposed to use along with other lifestyle changes. Engaging with all of that shit probably extended his life for a few more years.

I always found it weird that nu-age conservatives can't seem to wrap their heads around therapy or antidepressants or seat belts. Especially since they've spent their entire lives reminding people that praying to Jesus isn't just a magic tool you can whip out that will protect you from danger.

He most likely would’ve be there, or he’d have an account ran by his agent. He did not like technology that could vacuum attention and most certainly would be against algoslop in all its forms. He did right in not living to see this, if he were alive today he’d say we live in hell.

It is sad because my dad went to therapy for a lot of his adult life and was constantly on various drugs
He killed himself when I was 14
I'm a functional alcohol now and my mother keeps on asking me to go to therapy and gives examples of how my dad did too but I can't help but smirk bitterly
