You have no idea what it's like to be on a boat looking down at your geo location on the screen and not seeing anything on the map. At all. When you get to the Solomon Islands you'll see these little spits of land with a single tree. It doesn't even feel like Earth. It's extraordinary. Some days it's so placid it's like a mirror reflection, other times you have to walk along the bulkheads because the ship is sideways.

I think magellan's voyage is the coolest shit ever. it's like aiming your spaceship into the blackness of space and hoping you land on a planet.

they were supposed to be at sea for 2 weeks ('two more weeks'™) but it took 100 days. just imagine the horror movie on board

Who is 'they' and what is 'Lemuria'?

Hypothetical continent in the indian ocean, the concept was invented by some 19th century biologist who wanted to explain the fact that lemur fossils were present in both India and Madagascar (this was before plate tectonics were known), later on the concept was appropriated by schizo types, who turned it into an Atlantis or Mu-esque ancient civilization on a lost continent

Mu is the one that's meant to be in the pacific btw, that anon is dumb and not schizopilled

Lemuria is what we often call it but the inhabitants called the land mass Mu. An ancient land mass that once existed in the pacific. It now lies under the ocean.

The group of 'settlers' from Mu founded Atlantis, so there is a connection as it was a 'colony' of sorts. The Atlanteans were a very mixed group of people by the end though.

why are you talking about this stuff like it's anything but fantasy

This is fantasy. However our totally real shape shifting monkeys from three billion years ago are real. Trust me.

This is fantasy, because a man wrote it from ancient priests handed down from Atlantis which is very old. Old books are automatically false. Case close. Trust the science.

        Not enough food

It would be cool af but what about reproduction ?
In order to survive, you’d need at least dozens or hundreds of same race creatures.

What would they eat ? Whales ?

plankton fed by nutrients carried by ocean currents or volcanic activity

the earth is flat; the pacific ocean is the underside of the plane, where as we inhabit the top of the plane. you see how the water falls off the 'edge of the world'? this is an optical illusion, it is just flowing into the pacific

Why would water stick equally to the top and bottom sides of the plate?
I cannot replicate these results in my living room with a plate and a bunch of water. The water on the top of the plate stays put and the water on the underside falls off.

Three responses to one single flat earth post. Haha! So if flat earth is so obviously fake, why do globetards care so much?
