Imagine two identical countries side by side, each with exactly the same population, currency and economy. One day they merge to make a new country. M2 has doubled - should everyone be freaking out about 100% inflation and how their money's worth half the amount?
Yes, no country has merged with the US but the population and economic activity has grown a huge amount. What's relevant to a person is how much they can actually buy with their money which is almost totally divorced from M2.
By the way US M2 has been decreasing since March 2022. That must have caused deflation, right?

A "house" the size of a New York apartment. It's as bad as living in a trailer, maybe worse since you can actually move the trailer somewhere else. Look at that fricking ghetto A/C unit stuck in the open window.
This is fine for a weekend getaway cabin (if it were somewhere nice) not as a primary residence of someone who doesn't consume or sell drugs.

90% white neighborhoods in suburbs of major metro areas don't really exist anymore because jeets have moved into the good school districts and hispanics have crept in everywhere, black people have also fled inner cities for the next suburb over, you have to go to an exurb/rural if you want those demographics

you can still get a good suburban home for under 400k but you will have to live outside of the metro areas with the pro sports teams, airports with commercial service

This is true and a tough black pill to swallow. I’ve watched my formerly 90% white suburb slowly turn into an urban hell hole. I’m trying to convince my wife to move to a smaller town, but even there we have tons of hispanics and more nigs than ever before in the history of the town.

I was leaning Knoxville, but recently became intrigued with Myrtle Beach area. It has a bad reputation but the objective picture is actually kind of nice.

    >great weather
    >very long coast line of nice beaches
    >MSA of ~450k people, good size
    >great schools
    >affordable large houses and expansive suburban communities
    >tons of golf
    >75% white area which is about as good as you're going to get in the south

seems like as long as you avoid the roach trap area near downtown the rest is great
