To NEET or not to NEET?

Why should I work for a company/society that hates me and wants me dead?
I'm halfway through my CS/math major, and just as lost as I was at the start.
Getting internships seems more trouble than it's worth, and I don't even want to develop proprietary software. I don't want to work with immigrants. I'm probably gonna live with my parents, otherwise I'll be lonely and losing money. I don't want to be a burden on them but I'm just so fricking done.
I'll just need like 10k to pay off my loans, which I can get in under a year after I graduate.

It's ok anon, you were obviously never meant to get this far in life. Some people are just natural wagie serfs.

College, no? In a previous era you would have lived out your life on the family field adjacent a small farming village, never concerning yourself with things like debt or immigration or intellectual property law.

I suppose, but I have the intelligence, work ethic, and interest for it.

Ethics are the one thing you have to lack if you wanna get anywhere in this israelite-run world.

    >doesnt want to burden parents
    >uses them as a safety net anyway
sounds like a bunch of excuses to let yourself fail. there are programs that require you to have multiple internships before even graduating

I know I wouldn't fail at it if I seriously tried, I just don't know if I want to put in that effort, if the juice is worth the squeeze

you must be a wealthy kid if you're spending the money to go to school while not caring about making the best of it and being worried about putting in effort

for starters, getting an internship and job out of it so you can pay your loan

The only people I know who have internships no-lifed it.

1 year of "no-lifing" for guaranteed good pay until retirement; financial independence; ability to afford travel and hobbies; can choose early retirement

            vs

life of feeling like a burden on your parents until they die, then working minimum wage until you die or can't work anymore

if you're so sure you'll hate working on software then you should drop out and pursue a trade. there's no guarantee you'll enjoy a trade either.

NTA, you didn't choose to be born
if you have a kid you are taking the risk that he might need indefinite financial support, don't want to take that risk? don't have kids
    I don't see how that's a (You) problem

Don't wanna promote neetdom but the world has already gone to shit, theres little reason to bother. Going to college is a major L tho, shouldve done literally anything else instead, like nothing, burning/keeping the money, trying to find work whatever you prefer.
