    >Think this ones broke but it would prevent ChatGPT from deleting content after it already sent it to the client, when it was determined to be edgy or lewd. It worked good for getting a bunch of sexual stuff when I was experimenting.

I wrote my own extension so I don't need an extension to get JS on a page.

Subsequently, any time someone tells you to "blame the extension" for managing its memory poorly, tell them they're full of shit. Chrome's management of extension memory is dog shit and there's nothing the dev can do to fix it. I half expect its constructing a virtual webpage with an extension's data stored in that page's JS the first time any extension calls for storage each session.

That's cool I suppose. How do you edit the JS? An editor in the browser or from files? It's a pain in the ass to play with the local filesystem in these shits.

You basically just edit JS files then click the little reload button in about://extensions

there's a little bit of esoterica to learn when setting up an extension but once you have one going it's very easy to maintain. it behaves very similarly to XyzMonkey but with more permissions/features

Somewhat complicated request. Is there any script that simulates user behavior on any page. It should be a simple request, but simple request, but the whole thing uses a ~~*modern front-end*~~. Essentialy i would like to paste a text on a textarea and press enter.

If you try run-of-the-mill javascript, it doesn't work.

Lets see the code you've tried. I'm willing to help but I want to see your attempts.

The closest I managed to do was paste the code into the textarea, but the press enter part doesn't work.

AI prompts have anti-scraper text to try and make automating behavior through the UI difficult. There's always a way around it. Try manually sending KeyboardEvents to the component.

On that note, a curious thing I noticed, if anyone is curious they can try for themselves. Microsoft have been using some frickery when you use Bing Chat, it detects when you switch tabs and it forces you to stay on the tab, otherwise it stops generating you the message when you leave the tab.

What I'm curious, and I wasn't able to find, is that, I already use scripts to block page visibility API, but they don't seem to work. So they probably are using some new method to detect when the user is on the page.
