So you admit bodybuilding is a pointless hobby for soft homosexuals

Do you really believe this is true???

Are you moronic? Go do kickboxing for 3 years and then go spar a 5'10 200 lbs bodybuilder. They are slower than children and can't throw a punch. They also gas out instantly due to zero conditioning

An 8 year old with an AK could easily kill all of them.
The state or a large enough group could easily kill or imprison that 8 year old or anyone killing anyone else.
These moronic, infantile sand-pit power plays only serve to show the insecurity and increasingly tampant mental illness of everyone on this board and the population at large.

            Triggered

Yeah but bodybuilding has nothing to do with wanting to be more capable of hurting other people??? The point is to look good. How are you this stupid?

I know that the point of bodybuilding is being a soft homosexual

But bodybuilders arent training to fight.

You might as well say people should be training MMA instead of any other hobby cause an MMA fighter could beat up a basketball player or someone who enjoys hiking etc.

Powerlifting/Martial Arts bros are so psychologically damaged it hurts.

I literally said get fit and muscular through combat sports. Your hiking analogy is actually hiking + super technical hiking simulator. Just exercise by real hiking

But I think it has to do somewhat.
It is projection of power, cannon diplomacy.
Don't mess with me, I'm big. The sheer size works as a detriment to conflict. It's not weightlifting but it has to do with strenght too, it's not just beauty.
Just like two animals measure each other before quarrelling and then sometimes it ends before beginning.

yeah haha so true. I do wrestling and bjj, nothing more straight than firmly gripping other beefy, sweaty men.

in all seriousness every guy I know from the fighting gym actually also lifts. And a lot of the people that have been doing bodybuilding try out martial arts at some point. It's pretty obvious you have no experience in either.

Yeah, there is indeed nothing gay about it unless you are homosexual. Warfare was and is like this for the last 100000 years.

            >lift
Not bodybuilding. You have mental moronation
            >try out martial arts at some point
Yeah they do try it out

    >why waste time bodybuilding if a martial artist could kill you with his hands
Why waste time on martial arts if I can carry a gun?
This line of thinking seems to come from people who get unusually butthurt about bodybuilding for some reason rather than from actual martial artists. It's bizarre.

I'm perplexed by the muscle-bound buffoons at the gym. Every muscle a bodybuilder is proud of represents a book he didn't read.

The idea of /fitlit/ is not focusing on books related to fitness. You should set your lit goals with ends in wisdom the same way fit goals have the ends in fitness

this book, imo. Not only does it have several weight training cycles/circuits for varying levels of fitness and physique, but the preface is very detailed and puts weight trianing, running, dieting, and staying fit in the right perspective. I've yet to find a weight training book as detailed and organized as this one.

I cant really answer because I dont have that physique yet, working towards it though. I believe exercise and literature are like yin and yang, you shouldn't be thinking about your routine too much you should just do it and stick to it and push yourself. In literature you should never let your brain kick into auto pilot and do the readimg for you. During exercise you shouldnt be really having any thoughts at all.
