If I wanted to live in a shithole full of hispanics I'd move to California, Texas or Florida.

Half the year you can leave and work on establishing residency in another country or chill back in the mainland. Just pick the nicest neighborhoods and it’s a good deal considering 0 crypto tax

imagine upending your ENTIRE LIFE for 6 months just to save a little money. if you make a lot of money, you dont need to move to a shitty island to save a few %s. if you DONT make money but youre scamming and know that your revenues are not sustainable, yes, PR is the place to be. and thats exactly why everyone there is the way they are

Because the meager tax savings don't make up for needing to pay a steep premium to live among the other white people and I might just get disappeared by the pedo blackmail ring they have going on there that targets crypto nerds

yeah i tried it and couldnt do it. overall living there i couldnt stand it, became very lonely, going crazy, doing drugs, and making poor financial decisions. as a result would have had higher ROI paying taxes in the states. would have been happier too.

first off, its expensive as frick if you live anywhere with any kind of passably serious infrastructure. the entirety of the island is built (even the biggest city) with materials and architecture that make it feel like mexico at best. a dinner for 1 is $20. food quality is average. starbucks all over. oh, and you have to be there for 6 months.

its literally people who want to pretend that they're living the nomad life but are still so shackled by money that they feel the need to completely upend their lives (and their familys) for 25%. it makes sense if 1 year in PR nets you enough savings to buy the house you want. otherwise its rich-guy prison.

on top of that, if you had a reputable business you would find ways to utilize tax-free loopholes. thats why everyone in PR is literally a scammer who hold their coins to their chest tighter than New York israelites

If you are buying chicken or beef on a Caribbean island you deserve to be raped with prices and garbage. Hope you enjoy'd that chinese saline pumped chicken, that they don't regulate, and sell in grocery stores and restaurants. If you gonna live there for 6 months outta there you and got the money, hire a Black person/Hispanic with a boat to catch you fresh shit once week or catch it yourself like real man.

Factually incorrect. You need to have a decree to get that 0% cap gains. And staking and mining are all income which needs fancy structure to benefit from the low rates.
This only makes sense if you trade coins in and out all the time.

Live here, with act 60 only need 90 days per year, zero capital gains tax is worth the residency in a bull market.
