Why is Windows associated with pajeets? I live in India and Linux is surprisingly common here.

I get Pajeets and Java, Pajeets and torrenting, but don't get Pajeets and Windows. Is there an origin story for this association?

File explorer is garbage on 11. Only thing good is tabs. On 10 if I wanted to move something into the parent folders I could just drag it to the location in the address bar. I can't do that on 11.

You set it up in one day and you never have to worry about anything literally ever. It's pretty amazing how sophisticated windows is nowadays, while linux feels like a raw makeshift gun, windows 11 feels like a sophisticated weapon from a better time. I can't believe tards unironically think w10 is better.

Tablets require tiny UI that can't waste space and has a bunch of touching gestures. Windows sucks in both regards, and is instead copying MacOS, ChromeOS and Web standards that equal flat, round, transparent, white space, aesthetics.

            Anonymous

Well not tiny, I'm not sure how to put it into words. But it requires a simplified UI that does not demand screen space, while still being legible enough on a smaller screen. Just open windows task manager, or microsoft edge, or file explorer or settings and tell me if that is usable on any tablet. Everyone complains that windows gives no attention to tablets or even Steam Deck equivalents. They are lazy about this since it doesn't sell and doesn't matter. The tablet boogeyman is just a out of touch boomer thing

Task bar and start menu are absolutely FRICKED

    > can't remove "recommended" section, just make it smaller
    > can't change size of menu

You know, you could have elaborated why this gimped version of the start menu and task bar is actually "better" (whatever that might mean for you), but you chose to be a condescending little b***h instead.

Works better for my flow, I am not the one complaining in the first place. Thought I could help you out with maybe finding a workaround or an alternative way of doing things, but it's obvious you are just making stuff up and don't even use w11.

            Anonymous

The W10 start menu and task bar contained all of the functionality of their W11 replacements, plus more.
You could have used the W10 start menu in the exact same way as the W11 one (except from centering the menu), so saying "W11 works better for my flow" is you straight up lying to yourself.
I am using W11, was recently forced to switch. Why do you think I'd complain if I weren't using it? (Oh wait, we're on IQfy where people constantly complain about things they never use. Nevermind.)

            Anonymous

            >You could have used the W10 start menu in the exact same way as the W11 one
I couldn't. Pinning stuff to start menu used to be buggy as frick, and creating/removing folders would cause me issues constantly. Start menu and app list on W11 are just miles better in terms of optimization and stability, as well as readability since the actual proper light theme doesn't frick with my myopia. Windows 11 is just a more usable, built for actual humans, system. I am used to IQfy being full of schizoids who lie about stuff, so sorry if I don't trust you lol.

Well, in that case, enjoy your W11 (without sarcasm). I don't enjoy it because it removed a lot of customizability I was actively using and I think I'll just start using PowerToys Run instead.

You don't have to worry about spying, W10/W11 spy in an equal manner. The terms of service and EULA didn't change between them, so you get the same amount of poz! I'd suggest you check out something called "OOSU10", it's a pretty cool tool for depozzing windows.

I've been using O&O's ShutUp10 for many years, but it doesn't actually depozz Windows, it just ties its grubby tentacles behind its back. They're still there though and can (and will) be reactivated randomly through updates.
