su is substitute user, not super user. You can target any user to run something with su, not just the super user.
Also Windows does have a super user account, moron.
      net user administrator /active:yes
Thats the user you run applications as when you "Run As Administrator" except with your env, just like like sudo. It just gives you elevated privileges to the actual super user.

Is the sudo on windows the same as the one on MacOS or BSD? I thought windows never had the ability to have sudo command

It's a marketing tactic, it's not even remotely the same thing
It's just a renamed "run as administrator".
Jeetsoft has over a trillion dollars and can't make a CLI version of "run as admiistrator" that doesn't have to lean on linux's naming scheme
      Fricking disgusting.

I think there is nothing wrong with it, if it was an alias since it isn't one that's cheap.

That's about as valid as Apple's invention of the GUI.

I've had sudo for years with this:
      https://github.com/lukesampson/psutils/blob/master/sudo.ps1

But it prompts UAC so still not as good as regular sudo.

In the spirit of Microsoft bringing sudo to Windows, it is time
    we bring Word to OpenBSD.

    Same as Microsoft:

    1. Not caring about name confusion
    2. Not caring about compatible behaviours
    3. Not caring about trademarks or defacto trademarks
    4. Not asking the original product teams if it is OK.

This is setting the standard as well as Microsoft will do with sudo.

I too will complain about this.
The verb system in Windows is just good, and hate the bricked-in legacy tired joke names in Linux.

This just seems like a way to pop up a UAC prompt mid-session rather than having to start it as an admin.
