Help, I just graduated with a degree in an utterly useless soft science like linguistics because I'm moronic. I have no soft skills. I'm socially inept and very autistic. I have a gf but no friends. Even McDonald's doesn't want me. The one thing I have going for me is that I'm very good at being alone without socialising for long periods of time. I also taught myself Japanese and Chinese without any help from teachers. If I learn iOS dev or web dev or something will I become employable? Please, I feel so worthless. All of my family looks down on me when I tell them my major and my employment status (my mum and dad are mainframe programmers and all my uncles and aunties are STEM too).

Just get a job at a help desk and start grinding. Maybe teach yourself some coding languages since you've already taught yourself other languages and since you know Japanese and Chinese you might have an angle at a job that works with Asian companies.

as long as you have the drive to learn webdev, you can get in within like a year. Just get lucky with interview and land an average starting web dev job. Then go on from there
