i have never heard chud used unironically
its always self identified chuds referring to themselves
Say what you want about them but they know how to respond properly to half baked namecalling (embracing it then spamming it to meaninglessness)

"chud" was popularized by the socialist Chapo Trap House podcast and their fans if I'm not mistaken. It was a sincere attempt for a while. Then /misc/ and shartygays made it a tongue in cheek badge of honor. Beautiful to watch unfold.
>few years ago >go to twitter >type 'i dont think all men could get pregnant' >get banned, deplatformed, doxxed, lose your job, 9000 troons screaming 'this is a private platform, go make your own if you dont like it' >fast forward now

what's the matter? you dont like private platforms? go make your own
Jack was just at the right place and the right time for his idea to take off, but he has always been a midwit. Bluesky is an over engineered protocol that will never take off. Nostr is literally everything that bluesky should be, but honestly the failures of both show that decentralized hosting will never take off. The best examples of decentralized servers are always by those who just have a main server and everyone just uses that like matrix or mastadon.
I think Mastodon is a good example of how the idea actually works but also where its reach ends. It's just the equivalent of endless altchans for trannies. Good to draw an IQ line and keep the normalgays out of sight, bad in that it still can't fundamentally fix how internet socialization is a huge waste of time for the mentally ill.
There's something deeply funny about the people who ruined Twitter in the first place continually trying to set up or move to alternatives and then ruining those in record time because it's literally just them with no other users to slow down their ruining of the place.
I've never seen a black man with a long beard. I suppose the exist but for the most part black men have curly facial hair that keeps their beards from glowing long.
Visit a Muslim country, particularly a country in Africa or Saudi Arabia.
He said he has disagreements with people working on blusky. Alex Gleason is making a community nostr client so it feels more like pleroma but you can leave the group if you want to called ditto. https://soapbox.pub/blog/curated-communities-with-ditto/ (the point is to make nostr more normie friendly)
>nostr
It's literally full of cryptobros, none a single non-crypto-related post in the entire site. Unless there's a sekrit club where people with anime pfps shitpost, but at that point might as well use any of the other xitter clones.
>The crowd on nostr is shit
I said nostr was the way blue sky should be implemented. I said nothing about the people who use it. I don't think decentralized social media will ever succeed because I think that people just want to go to one easy site and all decentralized service become centralized simply because popular instances gobble everything up. It also doesn't help that every instance is basically just a nerd running charity.
Yeah I think I misunderstood. I agree though, normalgays just don't care about decentralized websites or whatever, so unless it's forced down their throats they simply won't use it/care.

If it will ever succeed it will have to be tailored to geographical regions and shilled irl.

This. Twitter was never novel or particularly interesting; it's just a public mailing list.

I never understood the point of Bluesky, it just seemed to be Twitter but more of an echochamber
Too bad, the chuds have won, now get the rope.
>Jack was supposed to save us.
Only trannies hate X and Musk.

Fake masculinity brought on by marketing campaigns. They're all buying the same amount of personal care products as women now on account of beard shampoo+oil+brush and other such nonsense
Current meta is to look as Black as possible. Since white males don't have curly hair except on their faces, the easiest way to look Black is to shave the tops of their heads and grow the beard out.
Do women actually like this look? I don't think they actually do since they're still bald and white.
I've never seen a black man with a long beard. I suppose the exist but for the most part black men have curly facial hair that keeps their beards from glowing long.
>what's the deal with so many men suddenly deciding to grow those ridiculous long hillbilly beards in the past 5-10 years?
It's the country equivalent of the basedboy

In English, doc.
Bluesky is even more woke than Twitter was, and now they released the ozone shit which means people will have two layers of moderation on the platform, the official one and the ozone one they can configure themselves.
The Twitter format is crap and so are all the platforms that copy it like Gab, Truth Social, etc.
>you must login to post >treats your PC desktop like a smartphone display >can only view one thing at a time >trapped in myopic doomscrolling skullcage >atrocious algorithms that keep showing you the same retweets, over and over >metastasizing spam reposts create false impression of whats "trending" since its the same post over and over again >after scrolling through several brainrotting, utterly randomn "tweets" from total fricking randos I didn't choose to hear from, I break out of the hypnosis and close the browser tab in disgust
I loathe humanity for falling for this shallow, clustering, inane, subjective, wisecracking, dumbed-down, attention-whoring form of digital communication.
I will never succumb to this.
We must invent something better
A social network built around cryptographic signatures (Bluesky/Atproto or Nostr) is a must-have to achieve true freedom from censorious glowies, far-left tankies, capitalistic advertisers, and regoolators.
Everything else (including X and Mastodon) stops being free whenever you inconvenience one of the aforementioned entities.
Bluesky was architecturally interesting, but the problem was it instantly got taken over by insufferable communists. So now nobody else wants to go there because it's no fun at all and they'll just get yelled at by smelly weirdos who think they're saving the world by posting.
social media thrive on network effects
decentralized anything is scattering that network across nodes or whatever your clever idea is. you are inherently working against the strongest aspect of a social network.
it's not impossible to make it work, and get people to switch, but man is it a fricking uphill battle. and these things always end up attractive the most repulsive reddit mod kind of people, and eventually there will be some drama dumpster fire that will ruin it anyway.
i am an idealist about this shit, i mean i wish we could have all this decentralized shit. but it all ends up sucking ass at the end of the day.
>save
>us
"save" "us" from what?
The chuds
Too bad, the chuds have won, now get the rope.
>He posts, seething and obsessing about once again being called a chud
Why would anyone seethe?
It's funny to call yourself a chud and being called a chud unironically would make me cry laughing

by 'us' you clearly mean trannies without a lefty safespace to shit in
I never understood the point of Bluesky, it just seemed to be Twitter but more of an echochamber
So you did actually understand the point of Bluesky.

Noone cares about public vs. private platforms or freedom of speech. But I sometimes do wonder what they care about.

Ditto is supose to solve this. Bring your own people to make a tallered community but unlike mastodon you can leave it and keep everything easily
Nah the feds showed up. Again. This time he tried to say FRICK NO. Now he's gone but Bluesky is still there. I wonder if the feds are.

Immensely moronic post
He must've left upon realizing that overstaying his welcome at Twitter turned it into the leftist shithole it became
Take your meds, Cheong

I thought everyone went to threads? Wouldn't know, I don't use social media.
threads was ever only mentioned on its launch, so you probably follow social media news all day every day but dont use it? dead platform
>so you probably follow social media news all day every day but dont use it?
lol do you know how many posts there were on this board about threads when it came out?
threads lasted for roughly 72 hours, and thats me being generous
Literally who
>Jay Graber

Gleason is a homosexual cuckold and I hope he dies
Is Jack having a redemption arc?
>Jack dorsey gives an endorsement
cmon guys you should've seen this coming from a mile away
Bluesky is even more woke than Twitter was, and now they released the ozone shit which means people will have two layers of moderation on the platform, the official one and the ozone one they can configure themselves.
Has bluesky fixed their API yet?
>leave twxtter because you're finally sick of people more extreme than you
>your new company is even worse because it's a reactionary to twxtter
lmao
Based. Proves that leftoids can't survive and would eat their own kind when an opposition no longer exists.

At least it's better than the reddit model?
The link aggregation is okay, but the comments are completely moronic. That comment tree style is just bad.
>Black men actually have healthy testosterone levels unlike b***hboys
>Black men have the highest levels of homosexuality
Pick one.
Who Helped Jack Off?
Capitalization is this difference between helping your Uncle Jack off a horse, and your uncle jack off a horse,
>Let's Eat, Children.
Punctuation Matters.
>"lets frick children" vs "let's frick, children!"
Not quite as much.
Everyone Needs A Hobby.
Bluesky is actually pretty neat. The further Dorsey is from BSky the better.
What makes it different from Mastodon? Are there less Tankies there?

At least he took a lot of musks money.
Otherwise, frick jack, unprincipled frick
Oh wow that is brutal. homie looks like the third frame of an animorphs cover turning into this guy
