What's a good community distribution which hasn't been infested by Red Hat spyware?

Sometimes I use Ubuntu but it has Snaps, almost as evil as Flatpaks.
I am a KDE enthusiast.
Debian seems to be too dependent on the GTK world for me to think it's a safe distro from Red Hat.

this, just stick with what works. Feeling malcontent with something that works is reddit-tier.

How is artix compared to void? I've been pretty fed up with all the repo frickery and general bullshit with void.

Compaed? Dunno, don't use void. Been using artix for years, love it! It's arch with a good init system, pick your poison too! We got dinit, runit, s6, and openrc (my favorite and the one you should start with)! It's absolutely seamless if you add the arch repos and don't touch the sōyD, working with daemons is also a lot more enjoyable and quick, h8rs wiss say 'you gotta' write your own scripts! No. Artix comes with all the scripts, if it's missing check aur, daemon website, or the forums, I've not written a single script even though I keep installing daemons for this and that and use 'em like once and forget I have 'em

B8? What? I use Artix and I love it, and I want to advise anyone interested in artix about the good and the bad. I read what I wrote again and I suppose it does read a bit like b8, not what I wanted it to be thougheverbeiterino

This. OP just is showing that he doesn't know anything about Linux and is too moronic to do his own research.

OP obviously meant malware since it's the only way I can explain shitware like systemd and pipewire without assuming the people responsible are severely moronic.

Are the people replying this bots, shills or reddit-style NPCs?

You can't audit 2 million lines of code you moronic Black person. Red Hat rigged the game so that they are the only ones with the time and resources to do it.

See that little name tag called "Anonymous"?

Now address the argument or stop adding noise to the conversation. How are ordinary developers on their free time supposed to audit 2 million lines of code? moron

I really don't care about your culture wars. But.., since it probably upsets you a great deal, I'd like to point out that I use RHEL and there is nothing you can do about it. And yes, let's bump the thead some more, so more people can see just how elegant this operating system is and just how much of a schizo you are.

linux is by its nature a source-based system. unless you are configuring source packages to meet your needs, you're simply eating whatever shit your distributor chooses to feed you
