No. China would have just been blockaded into submission. Nothing would have changed.
China had the Russians to the north, the Japanese to the east, and the French and British to the south, all of whom were members of the Entente. On top of that, internally the country was in complete disarray ever since the Qing got toppled with a number of various political factions squabbling with each other non-stop. And their armed forces and industry were in a sorry state, the modernization started under the Qing having come to a halt due to the revolution. China was in no position to go up against just a single one of the neighbouring great powers. That's not to say them joining the Central Powers wouldn't have been beneficial to the Germans, the Russians would probably have been eager to fulfill their old territorial ambitions in the region, distracting a chunk of their army and potentially causing a rift with their Japanese rivals. However, it's completely unrealistic for Chinese leaders to make such an objectively horrendous decision.

I thought about this only a few days ago and I think Romania was inconsequential because after they joined the Entente they were shortly destroyed by Germany and Austria and pushed to the Russian border which was inimical to Russia because they had to move strategic reserves from along the front to man the south line that Romania was.
