Either have some code that needs some tweaking or dont ask for anything special and dont expect much.
The sellers might be pajeets but to them youre customer#1000 and they want to get your money and get you out of the way.

Okay so i made an order in fiverr right
I want to turn a json into an html list
Anyways its a 27mb json and he could only do 500 rows. I didnt accept it i said i wanted to do the entire thing. The guy said okay but ill need a backend and thatll cost me extra. I said no sorry. He said maybe hell split the json and what i thought. I said i thought ideally id like the backend but ill take the split json. Now he extended the deadline 10 days. So its that a good thing or a bad thing?

Breh wtf that would take like 5 minutes to code

Well i think like a day or two probably. Which is why i dont know if he extended 10 days cause i pissed him off lol

How do you know that without looking at what's being passed?

Example from irl: in the year 2008 my company decided that json isn't such a bad place to store stringified Java objects and dependency class name. They then added bash scripts in there, doubly escaped json as string properties, bash scripts with json inside of them, randomly escaped invalid json etc.
Average size of this bs "json" object is like 4k lines. They then spent some time and built custom parser to deal with the monster they birthed.

Now I own this piece of shit and I absolutely cannot change anything about it and I have to rely on their moronic parsers for it. If I wasn't paid well for it I'd cry for having to look at it. Unwrapping it and replacing it with something a bit more sane will take me at least a year and work from two other teams

Ok so now theres two of us with the same problem.
          Where are the "braniacs"?
1 line of code and 10 minutes right?

The guy uploaded it and it's well formed json output from some filesystem crawling program.

So let me make sure I understand the task. This json basically describes the complete contents of a directory, including all it's subdirectories and their files and whatnot. You just want an html list that has each item contain the full path to a file/directory described in that json?

            Anonymous

I'd like it as is but have it do the entire json. So far it can only do 500 rows.
Well there's some other stuff that'd he nice but that'd be the most important thing at the moment.
Oh also the checkboxes are a little bit off.

could you explain your use case?

            Anonymous

Well first I thought I'd debloat chromium by deleting some stuff from it. Then I thought well id want to have a to do list on which files to delete, maybe put it online and have other people be able to checkmark it. Make it red when you checkmark it to make it more visible.
So I tried to look for a markup editor that could do that and I found none. So I went off to do this thing. Now I'm thinking well maybe this thing could be useful in itself if it doesn't exist.

          Anonymous

The reason it only does 500 rows was because whoever wrote that knew it would choke on anything more than that. The guy who wrote this is an absolute imbecile and there's no fixing that code. You would have to rewrite the entire thing. I suspect the guy has no idea how to deal with it considering he said that ne needs a backend for this which is just moronic because browsers can deal with 30MB json files just fine in 2022.

            Anonymous

Bros im not completly green to this stuff. I know my way around javascript. What he said made sense.
Theres two ways to get past this limitation as far as i can tell.
Either the json is chopped into chunks and processed one chunk at the time or you have a more powerful backend that can handle it and send it back to the front end.

If you actually look through some of the names and reviews it's almost like a GPT bot wrote it than a human with their reviews just cutting off before they even finish.

I don't really care to look too much into this but again people have money laundered through eBay, Amazon, Craigslist, even god damn MMORPGs. Fiverr wouldn't be that difficult for dedicated criminals to exploit if they needed to change drug money into good money since crypto isn't doing so hot.

            >that the spellcasters are believing in this and so are the buyers
The "spellcasters" are not believing that I bet. It's either a scam or a money laundering scheme. I am leaning towards scam, because the reviews are just obviously bought

            Anonymous

Yes, it became that. What I meant to say was that it started out with "serious" spellcasters and turned into an easy money scheme because astrology is more popular than ever and fiverr is really bad at buyer protection.

This ONE seller(there are thousands with over 100 reviews only on one gig, and you don't have to give a review) has this many negative reviews, which impacts her visibility on fiverr. Keep coping. If one seller creates a dispute for a refund they can see the seller's name.

The options are unlimited, and it is entirely up to you to decide what you want to include in your life. It works best when you have a clear aim in mind. I practise magick both alone and in a Coven of thirteen. There is a need for extra power with this spell, so we shall all cast it. This is an ancient spell that was only given to the most powerful members; when the men's status grew, they were given it. My father was fortunate enough to have the spell put on him – and it was one of the times I was invited that I was able to witness this one. I was occasionally invited (in disguise) to ritual meetings as the adored daughter and sister of two Free Masons.
