Dumb take. The firebombing of Tokyo took 300 bombers, an entire night, did not result in an irradiated wasteland, nor a giant mushroom cloud. Tokyo was also denser and a bigger target than Hiroshima and Nagasaki, there were simply more people there to die. Why you think kill count causes nuclear winters is beyond any semblance of thought.
Modern ICBMs on the other hand have multiple warheads each with 20-30 times the payload of fat boy and little man, don't require air superiority, and and hundreds could be launched at once.
