Those don't seem like genders to me. Feminine men and masculine men are still both the gender of men. This is like saying tomboy and femboy are genders.

Not op but I'm Arab and we only have a word to refer to the sex of the person جنس and the word gender gets translated to the same word for sex جنس.
We don't acknowledge gender. I know German too and in it you say Geschlecht to refer to person's sex. There is no sepreate word for gender.
