Yes and no. Iphones aren't really expensive unless you want the pro model bullshit and you don't have to ball out on the computers. I got my wife the newer Mac mini with the M1 chip and it's honestly a great pc for people who don't need a powerhouse for their work. What's funny was when we bought it the employee flat out told us not to buy their monitor. We went to a best buy down the road for one.

Problem with windows is that it trying to be user friendly to an average user and at the same time providing enough freedom to tweak around stuff for more technical user and more often than not it can do both but when it doesn't it's really annoying.
