Others that did support it are no longer being updated for it and are broken as a result. Even WoW's DX12 renderer is broken on Windows 7 now, with a bunch of garbage where a lot of textures should be. Of course, you can just play in DX11 there. No such luck with games like Cyberpunk 2077, which announced that future patches won't support Windows 7 recently.
