Double Commander
I didn't bother trying Total Commander nor Directory Opus because why use closed source software and pay for it if Double Commander provides all the file management features you need (tabs, keybindings) and not too much (don't get too dependent on one piece of software)
For the same reason Chinese kids are fat.
They were all poor commie working plebs and now they have Victorian values of being fat, pale, effeminate and rich.
Fx File Explorer is nice, the Cleaning Tools are actually useful for something even if they're basic and is overall straightfoward to use. The only disadvantage is that it ships with a bunch of integrated file handlers that may be extra bloat, like an image viewer and text editor.
Double Commander is a Total Commander clone that so far works well for the features i care about.
Any POSIX-compliant shell with Tab completion.

No idea, I use Total Commander, but I'm not satisfied with it.
Explorer is fine. I used to use Total Commander back when things were still good.
