Waldun basically just admitted that he is a talentless hack and his only avenue of hope is to stay in the university system as a student and become a professor. I feel bad for Waldun's future students.
Waldun realises that he will never capture the breadth of an audience he had on his older "school is... le bad!" videos, so has now resigned himself to trying to hollow out a smaller, more dedicated fanbase who will give him patreon money to make his shitty little "video essays" - if this is successful (doubtful), then he will continue to make videos.
He hasn't said he has graduated from uni, he's said he will be graduating at the end of the year. cba to watch any of his old videos, but I'm pretty sure the timeline makes sense for a 3 year undergrad course - Waldun did his first year of university living at home, where he worked at a bookshop and as a creative writing teacher for children (lol), his second year was in his Melbourne apartment, and his third (current) year is in his swanky new suburban place.

This was literally less than 2 years ago! Waldun didn't start being memed here until late Fall (October) of 2020. He revealed he was teaching an after school thing at his old school around December of 2020. Idk maybe I'm just too American and don't understand Australian uni. Is it really three years for a Bachelor's? It just feels like that Waldun could have completed two years of schooling max at the university level.
What did this guy do? Did he have Waldun on to talk about L'Académie before it was released and saying it's such a good book go buy it? And then when the KD Book review came out did he come out against Waldun and saying the book is shit?
I think he's just a regular autist who likes learning and reading tbh
he won't ever stop learning and reading, so he decided to make that a career. I guess some people are just born as natural scholars. the type to say "life is not worth living if your not learning", which I respect because I would say the same thing.

I'm pretty Waldun stands strong at 5'5", shoes on. But I'm curious as to whether or not Waldun is gay. He claims to have had a long-distance girlfriend. But in his only good story, "There's Another Me Out There", Waldun was intimating he is asexual or aromantic. No doubt he is a sociopath. The YouTube channel and the persona shifts and the attempts at grifting confirm that.

I'm not waldun anon, I simply met him and talked with him lol. but I don't think he'll ever accept that , if he did it would mean he would stop what he's based his entire personality around and end up collapsing.
L'Académie is still for sale on Amazon. His following really took a dive after L'Académie came out. That's when his viewcounts started being roughly 5-10k per video. He's a dying channel. His "new direction" is a last-ditch attempt to revive his channel.
