Austria-Hungary gets assblasted immediately, especially if there was a Hungarian revolt, and anyone who intervenes on their side probably gets BTFO aswell.

assume it’s Britain + France + Serbia still stays under Austrian influence (Bulgaria under Russian).

All of Austria-Hungarys neighbours, including Serbia, would likely be on the Russo-German side which would ensure a really quick collapse. And once AH was taken care of, both Italy and Germany could focus on taking out France. Spain might have joined the French side, as they did have a defensive anti-Italian alliance with France, but even if so I doubt it would take too long before the Russo-German alliance would ensure complete control of the continent.

what problem did Spain have with Italy?

I remembered it incorrectly, it wasn't anti-Italian, it was anti-Triple Alliance. It would have been activated only if Austria-Hungary and Italy were both at war with France, so Spain would probably remain neutral in this scenario, or atleast not join Frances side.

that makes sense, it's just about western Africa. Because I don't see what interest Spain would have in a great power struggle on the European mainland at the time, they had nothing to gain from it.

So when does the shitflinging about Dalmatia/Croatia start?

        not at all
        Hungary gets Croatia proper
Italy gets Istria and Dalmatia, the old Venetian territories
Croats might be pissed, but they weren't powerful so it wouldn't matter

WW1 Russia and Germany together could fight against the rest of continental Europe put together and btfo'd all of them. Only the British would be spared thanks to the navy.

not sure, the German navy was top notch, and combined with the Russian navy and miscellaneous allies, and considering the fact that the British had to use up much of their navy defending their colonies, a stalemate if not an outright Central Powers victory seems possible. Add to that that Spain could’ve been brought in by buying them off with Morocco, Portugal, Gibraltar, the Northern Basque Country and Rosellon, as well as Italy with Malta, and the British would have to fight on multiple fronts.

Well for starters the Bolshevik revolution would have never happened, wiping out the next 80 years of communism affecting 20th century politics. That alone is pretty significant.
