Croats are genetically (and culturally) identical to the over mystery meat slavic mongrels in the Balkans. There is nothing distinct about them.

No genetically they're roughly at the northern end of the cline, Bulgarians can be actual Meds and Croats can be quite close to Poles, they get very distinct but not cleanly separated by ethnicity
