The world of online dating can be a sad one. For women, they’re constantly being bombarded by incessant requests, and for dudes, it ends up becoming a numbers game because hearing back from anyone you’re even remotely interested in is near impossible.
That’s not to say it doesn’t happen and people don’t end up having great one-night stands, short-term dating arrangements, or long-lasting relationships as a result of looking for love online.
But a person can end up frustrated and disenfranchised with the whole thing. So much so that they just want to give up on it entirely.
