How is American Evangelical snake handling even remotely comparable to the fact that basically all Hindus worship fricking cows and consider their waste (piss and shit) as holy?

Man, I recovered even some lost hearing ability after some recitations, it's uncanny.

so how do you know any of that was because of the mantra?

I even got spooped hard with the slot machine, decided not to do the angelic thing ever again, it was so antinatural, it got me real spooped.

But going back to the mantra, that's not the only instance of me being successful with a mantra, but I won't give you details because I'm kinda mischievous a person.

Brahma and Sarasvati are mentioned in the oldest part of the Rigveda; humanities most ancient scripture. These mantras are recited by Hindus to this day.

The flood is also mentioned as well

            >It was then that Vishnu, revealing himself, informed the king of an all-destructive deluge which would be coming very soon.[7][8][9] The king built a huge boat which housed his family, saptarishi, nine types of seeds, and animals to repopulate the earth, after the deluge would end and the oceans and seas would recede. At the time of deluge, Vishnu appeared as a horned fish and Shesha appeared as a rope, with which the king fastened the boat to the horn of the fish.[10]

The boat was perched after the deluge on the top of the highest peak of Himavat called Naubandhana.[11][12] After the deluge, Manu's family and the seven sages repopulated the earth. According to Purana, Manu's story occur before 28 chaturyuga in the present Manvantara which is the 7th Manvantara.

          >And even then you could argue that china made buddhism chinese rather than become buddhist.

If by the greater region you mean eurasia then yes. But out of eurasia dharmic religions never got out of a bubble spanning central asia to japan/continental SEA. Save for a few exceptions like the khalmyks, but those were already buddhist before coming to europe.
