Since no time. As an Android user I'm genuinely impressed. Android won't even do this for you out of the box (battery hungry xiaomi themes of kwgt doesn't count).
To be fair it was long overdue for iOS cause they never allowed any sort of customisation on their phone since ages. Every iPhone would look the same. Whereas android always let you customise the home screen however you want and many more so they didn't feel the necessity to come with a shitton of lock screen customisations like iOS did
Apple has always been at the forefront of form over function, it looks cool sure, but why waste computational power on processing edges of objects in an image to obscure parts of a clock that I would rather see in full?
Vanced ecosystem obviously.

Tell me how I as an android power user supposed to feel impressed by this apart from the customization options I can already gimp my phone with by default just using the Google play store?
iOS won't be anywhere near Android as long as sideloading is disallowed.
Oh yeah and don't get me started on emulation as well. It's great being able to just buy emulators or pirate them or even download them for free from the playstore and just have a good time with real fricking games on your phone that aren't gimped by in app purchases and whatnot and don't track whatever the frick your doing on your phone.
Nintendo can cope and seethe at me all they want as they see me running Mario Kart Wii on my Pixel 4a under dolphin and not playing their shitty ass Mario Kart Tour that is just designed to be a gacha simulator first.

for a company that claims to be making easy to use products Apple sure throws a lot of rocks in the user's path. not gonna buy this shit again.
>having to install 3rd party stuff because the original manufacturer is too moronic to include basic functions
sure, kid. last time I bought a new car I only realized on my way home that wheels weren't provided with it.

these are the 4 requirements. one of them isn't met, the product is shit. I've never seen a single Android phone where one of them had to be replaced to make it usable since at least 2012.

>Where were you when iPhone turn into Android?
Me soon, once I get rid of this horrible mistake in my pocket.
I had android going back all the way to Froyo and decided to be a bit adventurous last phone upgrade.
Never again.
The update process is broken, I can't update to the alpha because apple a shit
Because remember: >Sideloading means one machine installs machine code somewhere into another machine. A cracked app store is not sideloading. Since when did android give you smart processing of background pics so the clock wouldn't obscure the image?

Why would anyone want this? I want to know the time not look at some ugly wallpaper. Sounds like absolute zoomer shit.
then just set off-white text against a dark background or buy a wristwatch, old man

i don't understand the point of covering the time lol

You do know that you can turn it off, right
Huh. That's gay.
Sailfish had this since version 1.0
Not designed by Apple, so it doesn't count.

Apple could literally release a feature that allows you to get your wiener sucked by an iPhone and you homies will still claim "muh other platforms"
this lockscreen is better than any android one
t. Android fanboy that also wants that one
same
dw xiaomi will copy this one for you next year in their MIUI 14

Hot garbage?
I'll let you know when.
Do people really care this much about their lockscreen background?
It's a revolutionary iOS featured that Androidtrash copied from Apple a decade ago.

how can iToddlers live like this?
Just download another keyboard app. Problem solved.

So now I can download an .apk from the internet and install it on an iphone?
Or whatever applol uses?
You can only sideload apps if you jailbreak your IPhone
So the iphone still isn't like android and OP was a homosexual liar.
