If you're on windows then there's no reason to use another chromium derivative. Firefox would be the only real alternative. I use Firefox as my main browser and edge as the backup if Firefox doesn't work with some odd page.

Edge has vertical tabs and split screen. Both of which I use a lot when i work. Edge uses less memory compared to firefox and chrome

I've noticed chrome get laggier and laggier over the past year. I figured it was just the web getting more moronic, but I started using Edge and holy frick it is so much faster. Scrolling in chrome is all fricked up and choppy.
its been good, and i will probably use it until the end of time, but they've really started to shit it up with features no one asked for. The sidebar, copilot, workspaces etc which granted can all be turned off but i'd rather they asked if you want to turn them on than shit up your browser by default every time they have a bright idea.

Otherwise, it's a pretty nice browser. I like to have two browsers: Firefox and Edge. Firefox for most web browsing and Edge for 'edge' cases. Like how I use Ungoogled Chromium for Youtube.
