If it is true that God creates our bodies, then it must be that no body could be malformed, as it is not in the nature of God to do so. If that is true, then all of those bodies are perfect, but perhaps it is not that the cripple should remain crippled or the blind blinded, Jesus cured the blind for example. If we take these disadvantages as a struggle and striving, a challange God deemed necessary for our eventual improvement. Then trans people, as a manifestation of a bodily ill (both in brain and body as one, just like you said), have a teleological need to transition, to overcome the pain and realize their purpouse in the eyes of God, a triumph of the soul over the body.
