These are good. Also the “Horror’s Call” series from here. One of them is even about the Mothman vs. Bigfoot. Pic related is that book.

TikTokers, please have a nice day, preferably in a TikTok challenge, or like that dumbass white boy that shot a bunch of Black folk at a basketball court with an Orbeez gun. His last words were, "It's just a prank, bro!" as a pack of Black person stomped on his skull.

Sorry, I mistook Rip Van Winkle for Dick Van Dyke. Don't worry, I'm killing myself now.

I unironically think the USA today has some of the most active and intriguing myths and folklores in the modern world. The same schizoness that makes Americans so weird and religious (compared to western Euros) is also what provides us with a rich assortment of stories and beliefs

Are these good or just memes? I know Brer Rabbit has a statue but the town is so small that nobody cares.

Straight myths? Paul Bunyan and Pecos Bill come to mind. There are plenty of real life folk heroes as well: Davy Crockett, Daniel Boone, Billy The Kidd, Wyatt Earp, Buffalo Bill, Andrew Jackson, Butch Cassidy, Wild Bill Hickok, Paul Revere, Molly Pitcher... Those are just ones I can think of off the top of my head.
