The teasing hurt you because you knew they were right. You had opportunities to explain your book and yet, you skulked home, seething, without explaining. How are you gonna write a book without knowing what it is about? Not even a basic outline?

And you wonder why people made fun of you?

Good post, but you write like a pseud who browses Reddit and thinks this
      >how people like them don't just kill themselves when faced with the pointless banality of living a life with no direction or purpose other then the grave where their embalmed corpses will not nurture even the smallest thistle or the most iron stomached of maggots
is a legitimately well-written sentence. Nevertheless, OP BTFO

        >OP BTFO
That depends. If OP is an oldgay following the old forms, then yes, OP has been BTFO but OP was supposed to be BTFO and he is probably the only anon who got that it was a write thread. If OP is a newbie and literally writing a diary entry then anon is offering sympathy to OP. Personally I think OP is an oldgay following the old forms, write friend is not the one who does know how to talk to someone about their creative endeavors, it is the others who are doing the normie thing of feigning interest because that is what they were taught to do and then plainly demonstrating that they do not know anything about literature or even care about literature.

More importantly if you are going to critique someone then actually offer something better then "reddit," you are no better then the normies in OP.

But then it is not meanness, and thus "empty meanness" must mean something else, for otherwise if it cannot be meanness, then it cannot be empty meanness.

If you touched grass you would understand that a reader's lack of comprehension of a nonsensical statement tells us less about the reader's ability to read than it does about a writer's capacity to communicate.

Since you're fixed by an autistic, pride-fueled desire to be correct, I shall be blunt and make my last post for to-day.

Characters in books can be mean to each other. If done accurately, the meanness is not empty, even though it's directed towards fictional entities. This makes sense - the object of the meanness is nonexistent, and yet the meanness still stings because you can imagine that such and such a person would probably smart from such meanness. Since characters can be mean to characters, I shall henceforth use "OP" to mean "The character OP is portraying", and when I refer to myself, I shall mean "the character I was portraying".

OP is a little homosexual who refers to his friends as "normies". If you think your friends are normies, then you probably don't know them very well. If you do know them well and they are indeed normies, then you would not truly be friends with them unless you also are a normie. Clearly OP is not a normie otherwise he wouldn't have spilt spaghetti; instead OP is what is known as a "spergtard", and he is not a true friend. Because OP looks down upon his "friends" and regards them as "normies", it makes sense that the relationship is reciprocal. In fact, his "normie" friends probably make fun of him for using words like normie and for being a "weird frick" in general. OP probably also writes furry fanfiction. Thus the meanness exhibited in my response (written from the view of a normie friend) is not empty, but rather is an expression of how the interaction may have been written from an external viewpoint.

Why did I write the post? For funsies I suppose. Why am I responding to you? Same reason. I am playing. Toying with the character you are portraying. I leave you with a final recommendation. Touch grass.
